Styling the metadata of a document
List of possible metadata in a document.
In general, all metadata must be contained in a single paragraph. Manual line breaks are tolerated only in abstracts and author descriptions.
The metadata of the document must appear in the following order (In bold with an asterisk the mandatory metadata):

| 4 | Author’s description | Single paragraph |
| 5 | Translator | First Name Last Name |
| 6* | Language | 2 characters (iso 639-1 codes) |
| 7 | Abstract | Single paragraph, with line break if necessary |
| 8 | Keywords | Separated with a comma |
| 9 | Translated title (en) | |
| 10 | Abstract (en) | Single paragraph, with line break if necessary |
| 11 | Keywords (en) | Separated with a comma |
| 12 | Translated title (es) | |
| 13 | Resumen | Single paragraph, with line break if necessary |
| 14 | Palabras claves | Separated with a comma |
| 15* | Pagination | No mention of “p.” or “pp.”, pages separated by a dash “-” (ex: 5-10) |
